I'm a versatile "full-stack" designer capable of leading concept development all the way to the smallest UI details. Highly skilled in digital product design, CRO, design leadership and mentoring, high fidelity prototyping, user research and product ownership.

I'm a big believer in that no designer designs alone - it's all about co-creation with stakeholders toward solutions that are desirable for humans, technically feasible and financially viable. This is why I think making collaboration with designers highly effective and developing design maturity within a company is key.

In the past few years, I've focused on integrating UX design in agile product teams and their CRO processes. In addition, I have experience working with cross-functional teams ranging from startup, design agency and large multi-national corporations.

As a designer with a Masters in Business Administration, I have a unique blend of design and business expertise. My journey as a designer started off with an interest into service design that later turned into a career in UX design through my work.

I speak fluent Finnish, English and Swedish, some German and Norwegian. Outside work, you’ll find me playing disc golf or regular golf, running or cycling. I also have a mini poodle called Toffe 🐶
